About the Event

The Malaysian Diaspora Virtual Career Fair 2026 will run over two days and feature a mix of keynote segments, employer presentations, live Q&A, and networking opportunities through the vFairs platform. 

The programme begins with opening remarks and a keynote focused on career readiness for overseas Malaysians, followed by company showcase sessions where participating employers introduce their organisation, roles, and recruitment pathways.

Between presentation blocks, students will have opportunities to engage directly with recruiters through the Expo Hall booths and networking sessions. Each day will conclude with closing remarks from the organisers and partners.

Overall, the agenda is designed to give participants both structured employer insights and direct interaction with recruiters.

The event is open to Malaysian students currently studying overseas, particularly those based in the United Kingdom, Europe, Korea, and partner networks, as well as recent graduates who are interested in exploring career opportunities in Malaysia. Students from disciplines such as economics, finance, business, engineering, technology, data analytics, and related fields are encouraged to attend.

Participants can register through the official registration link on the MDVCF website. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and the event access link closer to the event date.

No. Participation is completely free for students and graduates.

No installation is required. The career fair will be hosted on the vFairs platform, which can be accessed directly through your web browser on a laptop or desktop. A stable internet connection is recommended.

Yes. Participants are welcome to join specific sessions or attend only parts of the event based on their availability. However, attending the full programme will give you the best opportunity to engage with employers.

Yes. Due to platform capacity and to ensure meaningful engagement with employers, registration may be capped once the participant limit is reached. Early registration is encouraged.

Participants may have the option to upload their CV during registration or on their profile on the platform. Recruiters will be able to view participant profiles and download CVs during the event if they are interested in potential candidates.

If you encounter technical issues during the event, please contact the event helpdesk or technical support team through the platform. We will also share troubleshooting guidance prior to the event.

Selected sessions such as keynotes or employer presentations may be available on-demand after the event. Availability will depend on the participating organisations and speaker permissions.
